Depending on the product, quantity and graphics, the item is printed with transfer printing, flex & flock, foil printing, digital printing, direct to film printing or sublimation printing.

Transfer printing

This is the process whereby motifs with small and fine details can be easily realized in transfer screen printing and are well suited for textiles with synthetic fibers. The print is very long lasting.

Sublimation print

 In the sublimation process, an image motif is printed sideways on a transfer paper using special ink. This is placed on the coated surface of a carrier plate. Using heat (up to 230°C) and pressure, the ink is transferred into the surface coating and pressed securely.

DTF printing

In this process, the color is sprayed from our digital printer onto a specially coated transfer film. While the paint is still wet, a layer of thermal powder is applied. The image is dried and the thermal powder runs into a glue. The motif can now be transferred to textiles using a thermal transfer press.
